Roy Pang recently joined Plaza Premium Group as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. With a stellar career in Human Resources, Mr. Pang brings a wealth of experience and expertise to PPG, underscoring the Group’s commitment to excellence in HR practices and strategic workforce development.
In his role as CHRO, Mr. Pang oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including strategic planning, talent management and leadership development. He will work closely with all departments to ensure that the HR services are aligned with the company’s goals and business needs alongside the company’s vision, mission, and values. Known for his strategic vision and dynamic leadership style, Mr. Pang is committed to fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment amongst employees.
