Plaza Premium Lounge Reopens at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 Arrivals Plaza Premium Lounge Reopens at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 Arrivals Plaza Premium Lounge Reopens at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 Arrivals

Plaza Premium Group  reopened the Plaza Premium Lounge at Heathrow Airport Terminal 3.

Having been temporarily closed, the lounge has now been refurbished with a new look that embraces the contemporary London spirit, offering a welcoming sanctuary for passengers arriving or transferring at Heathrow. Conveniently located just outside the Arrivals Hall and adjacent to PPG’s in-terminal hotel: Aerotel London, the lounge provides the essentials that cater to the needs of both leisure and business travellers. Whether arriving from a long flight or preparing to depart, travellers can refresh, recharge, or catch up on work in comfort before their next journey. The space features seven shower rooms fully equipped with shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and hair dryers; dedicated workspaces; and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, with packages starting from £29, including complimentary continental breakfast or light lunch, coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

The Debut of “Art of Travel” in the UK

It is also the first Plaza Premium Lounge in the UK to showcase PPG’s “Art of Travel” campaign, which embodies the vision that “Every Trip Is a Masterpiece.” Using AI technology to reinterpret classic masterpieces, it presents a digital art collection representing PPG’s core airport services: airport lounges, meet-and-greet concierge, and in-terminal hotels. Through this initiative, travellers can gain deeper insight into PPG’s commitment to service excellence and attention to details.

Major airlines operating at Heathrow Terminal 3 include Virgin Atlantic, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, and Finnair, with the terminal primarily serving long-haul flights.

Foreseeing the needs of travellers, Plaza Premium Group further democratises the airport experience by making arrival lounges accessible to all passengers. “Traditionally, arrival lounges have been reserved for First Class passengers only, with limited airlines offering such options. The pay-per-use option is a game-changer — especially for travellers on red-eye flights arriving in London early in the morning, offering them a space to recharge and freshen up.” said Mario Binelli Mantelli, Vice President, Northern Europe & UK of Plaza Premium Group. “We wish all passengers to feel that every arrival is an occasion to celebrate and have a sense of renewal with all the inclusive amenities we offer.”

“We are pleased to welcome Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge back to Terminal 3. Heathrow is committed to delivering exceptional service for passengers, and this addition offers travellers even more choice to relax, refresh, or work before continuing their onward journeys” said Gary Peacock, Head of Property Asset Management & Commercial Telecoms, Heathrow Airport.

This reopening underscores PPG’s commitment to making travel better in the UK. The group currently has an extensive presence at London Heathrow, one of the world’s most important aviation hubs, with a total of five lounges and one in-terminal hotel, proudly serving passengers across Terminals 2, 3, 4, and 5.
