In his new role, Mr. Pang will oversee all aspects of human resources for the group, including strategic planning, talent management, and leadership development. He will work closely with departments across the company to ensure HR services are aligned with Plaza Premium Group’s goals, business needs, vision, mission, and values.

Prior to that, he held the position of HR Manager at JLL’s Work Dynamics for Greater China & Korea, where he managed HR operations and developed policies that improved employee relations and business practices.
