In a significant achievement, Plaza Premium Lounges at London Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 2 and Rome Fiumicino Airport’s Terminal 3 have been awarded the prestigious 5-Star COVID-19 Airline Lounge Safety Rating by the international air transport rating agency Skytrax.

This highest safety rating recognizes the excellent and consistent measures implemented by Plaza Premium Group to reduce the risks associated with the spread of COVID-19 within their lounge facilities.

The COVID-19 Airline Lounge Safety Ratings evaluate and certify the safety and hygiene protocols put in place by lounge operators to ensure the highest hygiene standards and enhanced safety levels for customers and staff. The audits conducted in October 2021 assessed over 150 lounge safety protocols across both the lounge facilities and standards of staff service.
